Contributions to IPCC Report “Climate Climate Change 2022: Impacts, Adaptation and Vulnerability”

Our work on utilising satellite observations and machine learning to forecast environmental cholera outbreaks on the endemic Indian coast features in Chapter 2 (Terrestrial and Freshwater Ecosystems and their Services) and Chapter 3 (Oceans and Coastal Ecosystems and their Services), to demonstrate monitoring and mitigation options for the increasing threat of climate-sensitive aquatic pathogens, such as early warning systems. Featured in acknowledgements for work towards Chapter 3.
