Redefining the global expansion of a marine pathogen clone into Latin America with an eco-evolutionary approach

Our recent work redefines our knowledge of a global expanding marine pathogen clone associated with shellfish poisoning (Vibrio parahaemolyticus ST3), into the distinct marine climate of Latin America, using novel genomic samples, evolutionary and environmental data analysis.
